Our approach

Individual to Whole
We begin with a comprehensive assessment of joints and muscles on an individual level. Since the body can mask problems through the overuse of functional synergists, this is an imperative first step that is often overlooked.

Functional Testing
Knowing our bodies specifications, we then move into testing various capacities that will be called into action in the program. Lack or ignorance of these first two steps is why many trainees experience pain or discomfort as well as an ineffective training effect.

Health + Lifestyle
We use an analysis of your DNA, hormones, neurotransmitters, gut health, food sensitivities and more within our network of professionals to remove any physiological bottlenecks as quickly as possible.

Integration
Key performance indicators are set and a plan is put into action. Clients are guided through each step of the process and taught the why behind everything we do. Autonomy and long lasting change are the result of an increased level of skill and education.

Nutrition
Training is the car, nutrition is the steering wheel and the coach is the driving instructor. Training allows us to move forward but what we do in regards to nutrition ultimately dictates where we end up.

Progression
Our #1 goal is progress. The role of the coach is to problem solve, adapt and control variables along the way in order to ensure a steady rate of progress. With time being the ultimate multiplier, client effort in this setting yields a much higher rate of return.
